3) Cancellations – Student withdrawals are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduled classes will be adjusted by DIA
4) Student Conduct – Learners must maintain discipline, attend regularly, and not share or misuse study materials.
5) Intellectual Property – All course materials belong to DIA. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
6) Certification – Certificates are issued only after completing course requirements.
7) Liability – DIA is not responsible for indirect losses. Progress depends on individual effort.
8) Law – Governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under Chennai jurisdiction.
